Q: How do you apply or remove the GetGripped Controller Grips?

A: It couldn't be easier - simply pop the left grip on the left side of the controller, and the right grip on the right side. There's no adhesives or special requirements, friction between the grip and controller handle hold each grip in place.
To remove just apply a little downward force to the top of each grip, making sure to not hold the grip itself in the process.

Q: I have a problem with my order, who do I speak to?

A: Simply tweet us on the link above, or throw us an email via the Contact Us page. We'll be back in touch as quickly as possible. You can now alternatively message our Facebook page which should be in the bottle left hand side of your screen.

Q: Who makes your controllers and are they Microsoft/Sony controllers?

A: Our controllers are all produced and manufactured by CustomControllersUK, they are the EU’s leading manufacturer for customised gaming controllers. They only ever use 100% Official Microsoft and Sony Controllers and authentic packaging. Their controllers are customised to the design of your choice by their experienced team and checked thoroughly to ensure only the best product reaches the customer. All of our controllers have unique serial numbers registered to Microsoft and Sony and act as a seal of authenticity.

Q: I want a design that isn't on your website, what can i do?

A: Email us exactly what you want at info@getgripped.co.uk or message us on either twitter/facebook. We'll do our best to suit your needs and try to create a custom package just for you.

Q: Can i return the controller, something's not quite right?

A: All controllers come with a standard 3 month warranty starting from the day of purchase, so in the unlikely event that a fault occurs then you are covered, simply email your order number and fault description to info@getgripped.co.uk to receive a returns form which will be sent to you via email by one of our sales team once you have made your claim and it has been accepted.

Once we have accepted your returns request, please safely package your item with all original packing and fill out the returns form, you must include the completed returns form inside the parcel or your return may not be accepted.

Q: Do your controllers have Warranty or anything like that?

A: Yes, we offer 3 Month Parts Warranty and a 1 Year Manufacturers Guarantee on our custom controllers only.

Q: How do I pay for the order on your site? Is it secure?

A: We take orders by the worlds payment processing gateway, PayPal. You can purchase at any time of day, and even if you don't have an account, you can use your credit or debit card to place an order with us - just make sure your billing address is the same as listed on the account for your card. Our site is also very secure, all details are stored in secure databases, hosted by our ecommerce provider Shopify. They host over 120,000 other stores, and you can have 110% trust in them that any of your personal details are safe.

Alternatively, you don't have to use PayPal, you can pay via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Your card details are never stored by our website or any third party or payment processor.

Q: I've received my order, and I have a problem with it - what's next?

A: This is very unlikely to happen, however if you have a problem please do email us, and we'll talk you through the returns process. Please contact us, however, within 30 days of placing your order. Any items sent back to us will be at a cost to yourselves, and money refunded will be minus any shipping costs imposed on us (as per the EU law and regulations outlined in the Consumer Protection/Distance Selling regulations act. 2000). We do not offer a refund on used items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Q: Can I buy more than one set of grips?

A: Of course you can, just add another to basket, or update the quantity you require on the basket page.

Q: Do you only accept orders from the UK as all the prices are in GBP (£) ?

A: We accept orders from all over the world. All orders are processed in our native currency (GBP). We also delivery to anywhere in the world.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

A: We aim to process the orders within 24hours of them being placed (this means that we package your order up for postage in this time). We then post out orders using various postage solutions depending on your location (Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide etc.). We roughly say that orders within the UK when processed, will be received within 7 days, orders within the EU within 10 days, and all other locations within 15-20 days, however please bare in mind, most are before then, and infact within a few days. Just remember this before emailing us to ask where your order is in the world.
